Congratulations to Rotarian Ginger Poutous on her big win playing Bingo at the Carlton Oaks Country Club. Ginger participated in the social between the El Cajon Rotary Club and the Santee-Lakeside Rotary Club. Also joining in on the festivities was Past District Governor Marge Cole.
